Meet Our External Evaluator: Ivan Sulev Joins the WELDIFY Project

We are excited to announce the appointment of Mr. Ivan Sulev as the External Evaluator for the WELDIFY project.

Ivan brings over a decade of experience in strategic programme management, innovation integration, and ecosystem design. He has collaborated with leading institutions and organizations across Europe and beyond, contributing to major EU-funded initiatives including HORIZON 2020, INTERREG, Erasmus+, and EIT Climate KIC.

Currently advancing his studies at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School in Major Programme Management, Ivan combines academic excellence with hands-on experience in delivering transformative, sustainable, and tech-driven programmes.

In his role, Ivan will help monitor and guide the WELDIFY project’s progress, ensuring that our outputs are impactful, aligned with EU standards, and truly beneficial to learners and stakeholders across Europe.

As part of Task 6.5 – External Evaluation Strategy, Ivan will compile a comprehensive inventory of key results and outcomes across all work packages, evaluating their relevance to the project’s overall impact. He will identify data sources and define the evaluation report schedule, using tools like progress reports, deliverables, stakeholder feedback, online surveys, interviews, and statistical methods. This work will culminate in an Evaluation Blueprint, a living document shared with all partners, finalized after consortium feedback to guide effective and impactful evaluation throughout the project lifecycle.
